By accessing and using My Social Publisher ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
My Social Publisher is a self-hosted social media management platform that allows users to publish content to multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) from a single dashboard.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Account access is subject to administrator approval.
4. Connected Social Media Accounts
When you connect your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to the Service, you authorize us to access and interact with those accounts on your behalf, including publishing content. You may disconnect your accounts at any time through the Accounts page.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with the terms of service of each social media platform and all applicable laws.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish spam, misleading, or harmful content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Exceed the rate limits or usage policies of connected platforms
7. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Publishing to third-party platforms is subject to their availability, API limits, and policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to content publishing failures or account suspensions on third-party platforms.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may request account deletion by contacting the administrator.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
